29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. Site: 165 Broome Street New York, NY On or about: 6/22/23 a) Employees working on a roof setback were not utilizing fall protection. The employees were removing debris from the roof setback and were exposed to a fall of approximately 30 feet.
