On or about 6/22/2023 at 3343 South Hwy 1 Bldg 2, Fort Pierce, Florida, 34982, an employee was exposed to caught by and struck by hazards while operating a forklift (Hyster,  Model S30XM, s/n C010H03914U) which had additional weight added to facilitate lifting loads better suited for larger forklifts.
