A) 600 Kimball Avenue, Yonkers - NY:  Employees were exposed to eye/face injuries while using nail guns and electric saws during roofing replacement work.  The employees were not protected by eye/face protection, on or about  April, 28th, 2023.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):  Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:   A) 600 Kimball Avenue, Yonkers - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 and 22 feet while using extension ladders to access different levels of a roof. The extension ladders that were used were not  extended at least 3 feet above the surfaces in which they were accessing, on or about April 28th, 2023.
