29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Bubble Room, an effective housekeeping schedule was not in place to ensure all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead where gun cleaning chemicals and tools were stored on the filing cabinet. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589953, citation no. 1, item no. 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 9, 2022, with respect to a workplace at Blaine, WA. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1553175, citation no. 1, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 2, 2021, with respect to a workplace at Anacortes, WA.
