29 CFR  1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8 hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident:  (a)	On June 7, 2023, at or near 22571 Highway 36 in Wing, North Dakota, an employee died as a result of complications of anaphylaxis due to a bee sting, while delivering bees to an agricultural site, it was not reported to OSHA until June 23, 2023.
