29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. On or about June 22, 2023, employees working from a Werner PJ-100 scaffold were not protected from a fall greater than 10 feet above a lower level. The scaffold system being utilized at the time of the inspection did not have standard guardrails on the ends and the existing top rail lacked a mid-rail and toe-board.
