29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. (a) On or about June 23, 2023, at the construction site located at 365 Sunset Drive, Dousman, WI 53118, employees were performing roofing work on a single-story residential home with a pitch of approximately 6:12 and up to approximately 11 feet in height without being tied off to an anchor point, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
