29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: A) 2 Pleasantville Ave Washington, NJ 07882 An employee was using a D115 Ultra High Pressure Water Blast System without training to ensure the manufacturer instructions were being followed. As per the manufacturers safety guidelines which is noted under safety procedures general 1-3 Item 9 in the D115-T4 operators manual (Do not direct gun at any person, toward your body, electrical equipment). The employee was using the gun and pointed it towards his body which resulted in the injuries. Occurred on or about 6/23/23.
