29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person.:   (a) 8779 Hugo Drive Littleton, CO 80125: On  June 23, 2023, and at times prior, the controlling employer did not conduct effective frequent and regular inspections resulting in employees of a subcontractor were exposed to fall hazards while framing and sheeting the roof of the two-story building, guardrails were not installed properly to prevent falls from the second floor to lower levels, and a ladder to access the second floor work area was not deployed so that side rails were at least 3 feet above the landing.   (b) 8773 Hugo Drive Littleton, CO 80125: On June 23, 2023, and at times prior, the controlling employer did not conduct effective frequent and regular inspections resulting in employees of a subcontractor were exposed to fall hazards while working on the roof of the three-story building and installing pump jack scaffolding.
