29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. At 9855 Regency Square Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL: On or about May 17, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not protect employees from a 17-foot 4-inch fall hazard from a 4:12 pitch roof by use of a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system. b. At 9855 Regency Square Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL: On or about May 17, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not protect employees from an 8-foot fall hazard from a lower roof by use of a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
