Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. (a) Nursery -765 Wyckoff Ave, Wyckoff, NJ (warehouse bay 1): Sufficient access and working space was not maintained about or around multiple electric circuit breaker panels. Access to the circuit breaker panels was obstructed by material and a vehicle that was placed directly in front of the panels, on or about 6/6/23.
