29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: (a) York Barbell Warehouse, 3300 Board Road, York, PA 17406: On or about June 26, 2023 employees refilled liquid propane tanks without eye protection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
