29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about June 26, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee replacing lights in a sign from a Ford F550 Bucket Truck, approximately sixteen (16) feet above ground, was not wearing a personal fall arrest or restraint system, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
