29 CFR 1910.38(d): The employer did not have and maintain an employee alarm system with a distinctive signal for each purpose so that it complied with the requirements of 1910.165: a) On or about October 6, 2023 and at times prior thereto, where the employer did not provide a carbon monoxide alarm system for employees possibly exposed to inhalation hazards of carbon monoxide while conducting pet grooming services from a mobile work van.
