29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Facility exterior - east side of building; A metal rain gutter connected to a plastic culvert was disconnected from the building and lying across an emergency exit door, obstructing the door from being opened. (b) Fenced area - northwest side of building; A wooden pallet was lying in front of a personnel gate that was classified as an emergency exit, blocking its immediate accessibility. (c) Facility exterior - west side of building; Debris consisting of fabrics, cardboard, and other miscellaneous items were lying in the path of an emergency exit on the concrete walkway, directly outside of the door.
