The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided.  a.) At the jobsite, located at 906 Jan-Mar Court Minneola, FL 34715; on or about 6/26/23, the employer exposed employees to slip and fall hazards, in that, while stocking cabinet boxes, the walking working surfaces in the warehouses were not maintained in a clean condition with sand debris spread all around the work floor.
