At the jobsite, located at 9193 County Road 647 C Bushnell, FL 33513; on or about 6/21/23, the employer exposed an employees to electric shock hazards, in that proper determinations to ensure the employee's working position won't bring them in contact with exposed energized parts, was not conducted for the operator while performing powerline operations from an aerial bucket lift.
