1926.503(c)(3) Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill. a) On the roof of the residential construction site located at 12565 Cades Bay Circle, Lakewood Ranch, FL: On or about 06/27/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work on a new construction residential home 5:12 pitch roof with approximate fall heights from 10 ft. 1 in. to 23 ft. 10 in. to the ground.
