Second floor electrical room - On or about June 27, 2023, the exit access to the second floor electrical room was less than 28 inches wide where there were portable beds stored and partially blocking the doorway.  b.) Pool electrical room - On or about June 27, 2023, the exit access in the pool electrical room was less than 28 inches wide where there was pool equipment and boxes of chemicals stored near the doorway.

29 CFR  1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose.  First-floor water heater room - On or about June 27, 2023, employees were not protected from electrical shock injuries where there were live 220 volt wires hanging out of an uncovered junction box mounted on the wall above a water heater. Additionally, employees have received electrical shocks at this facility within the last 3 years.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910.  a.) First floor electrical room - On or about June 27, 2023, the depth of the working space in front of the electrical circuit breaker panels was less than the required 36 inches indicated in Table S-1, where there was boxes stored on the floor in front of the panels partially blocking access to them.  b.) Second floor electrical room - On or about June 27, 2023, the depth of the working space in front of the electrical circuit breaker panels was less than the required 36 inches indicated in Table S-1, where there was fold away beds stored in front of the panels blocking access to them.  c.) Laundry room - On or about June 27, 2023, the depth of the working space in front of the electrical circuit breaker panels was less than the required 36 inches indicated in Table S-1, where there was bags and carts of laundry stored on the floor in front of the panels blocking access to them.  d.) Pool electrical room - On or about June 27, 2023, the depth of the working space in front of the electrical circuit breaker panels was less than the required 36 inches indicated in Table S-1, where there is pool equipment and piping on the floor under them.

29 CFR  1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident.  First-floor laundry room, electrical panels PP1 through PP6 - On or about June 27, 2023, all six circuit breaker panels in the laundry room were labeled on the right and left side of each breaker with conflicting information, creating confusion as to what each breakers purpose was.
