29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): a) APT Distributing Company - 1690 Republic Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006: On or about June 27, 2023, Nissan Forklift (Model # CYGM02L30SN, Chassis # CYGM02-950099) tires which were extremely worn and missing large pieces of rubber. b) APT Distributing Company - 1690 Republic Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006: On or about June 27, 2023, Komatsu Forklift (Model # FG25ST11, Serial # 402006A), was missing part of the strap buckle that secures the LP tank to the forklift.
