29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1. At the worksite located at 3201 Highway 7 South, Blue Springs, Missouri: 1. Employees on the north side of the site were exposed to respirable silica when cutting concrete without the use of a full respiratory program or the use of a wet method of cutting. 2. Employees on the northeast side of the site were exposed to respirable silica when cutting concrete without the use of a full respiratory program or the use of a wet method of cutting.
