29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair could not be made immediately, the hazard was guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard was corrected or repaired. On or about June 28, 2023, an employee was exposed to trip hazards in the following instances: 1) A subsurface drain in the kitchen wash area without a cover. 2) Missing tiles in the kitchen wash area and main kitchen.
