29 CFR1926.501(b)(13):  Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a)  Jobsite:  On or about June 28, 2023 and times prior to, employees were exposed to fall hazards to the ground at approximately 23 feet without the protection of guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems while erecting rough framed walls on the third floor.  b) Jobsite:  On or about June 28, 2023 and times prior to, employees were exposed to fall hazards into the second floor at approximately 10 feet without the protection of guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems while working or walking near the elevator shaft with unfinished flooring.
