29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 6/27/2023 at a home and garage roof project located at 25 Cambria St , Lancaster New York; employees were placing shingles on the roof of a two story house. The roof had multiple pitches including an 5 in 12 pitch with an eave height of approximately 20 feet. The employees working on the garage on site were working at height of 15 feet above asphalt surface  There was no fall protection in use.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED  L and J Services Corp  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1630459, citation number 1, item number 1-b  and was affirmed as a final order on 12/15/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Carriage Lane, Marrano Home Site, West Seneca, NY 14224.
