Location: a) On the roof of the jobsite: On or about June 28, 2023, employees were installing shingle tiles onto the roof. The employees were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 32 feet to the ground below and were not protected from falling by the use of guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide an adequate training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Location: a) On the roof of the jobsite: On or about June 28, 2023, employees were installing shingle tiles onto the roof without fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 32 feet to the ground below. The employer did not provide adequate fall protection training for the employees.
