On or about: June 29, 2023 Location: 1393 Pleasantville Rd., Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510 a) Two (2) workers performing siding removal and replacement on a flat roof of a residential building at a height greater than approximately eleven feet. Workers performing this work were not wearing fall arrest harnesses. Workers exposed to fall hazard.
