1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. Location: East side of existing church on the corner of Acushnet Ave. & Tobey St. New Bedford, MA 02746 On or about 06/29/23 employee was exposed to falls of more than 10 feet above the ground below, where a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system was not in use. The Employer M & E Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1629882, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/30/23, with respect to a workplace located at 4 First St. Salem, MA 01970.
