29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): Surfaces. All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. On or about June 29, 2023, at the facility located at 127 Main Street Almond, Wisconsin; the employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of accumulation of lead. A paint chip taken indicated lead on the surface of the Southwestern window frame in the brick wall.
