29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): At this job site, employees working at or near wall openings on third floors were not protected from falls by the use of a guard rail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Worksite: 402 Onderdonk Avenue, Ridgewood, NY 11385. On or about June 29th, 2023. Employees were exposed to fall hazard while doing renovation work near wall openings on third floors without fall protection. Note: Abatement documentation is required. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19.
