29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the commercial construction site located at 6231 Brookside Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri 64113: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a steep roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. Employees were wearing harnesses but they were not tied off to the roof to prevent from falling.
