29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a)1215 N Atherton St, State College, PA :  On or about June 30, 2023,  employees painted from an aerial lift without fall protection, approximately 8 feet above grade.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
