The employer did not submit the information once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form: On or about July 5, 2023, at the job site located at 3828 Radio Rd., Naples, FL, 34104. The employer failed to electronically submit information from the OSHA Form 300A or equivalent by 03/02/2023.
