29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: On or about July 3, 2023, the employer failed to ensure employees performing maintenance at any of the five facilities assigned were trained in lockout/tagout prior to allowing any work. Employees work on equipment such as but no limited to the Enerama System where lockout is performed without being trained.
