OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about February 10, 2023, at the corner of 59th Place and Riverside Drive in Parkland, Florida, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working in the road loading a woodchipper (Vermeer Model BC1500-4, s/n 1VR2181V3J1008832) with debris and the employer failed to ensure that employees wore a high-visibility safety apparel.
