OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to a crushed-by hazard.   Location: vehicle crushing area An employee was exposed to a crushing hazards while under a Ford Ranger pickup truck and using a reciprocating saw to remove a catalytic converter. The truck was supported by I-beams positioned outside of the front and rear axels, 16.5 feet apart, and approximately three feet off the ground. The vehicle frame was severely rusted and deteriorated under the truck-bed area with large sections missing from the rot.
