29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): (a) At 169 Little Phoebe Church Road Folkston, GA 31537: On or about July 6, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushing hazards in that, employees were not trained on the operation of the company's powered industrial trucks.
