For falling objects too large, heavy or massive to be contained or deflected, the employer did not place and secure such potential falling objects away from the edge of the surface from which they could fall.  345 Dwight Street Holyoke, MA 01040: On or about July 6, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure the scaffolding erected to conduct brick repointing work to the building was equipped with toeboards for additional protection against falling objects that could injure workers.
