Guardrail system criteria are contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926: On or about June 9, 2023, and times prior to, at Azali Heights Apartments- Building 1, employees exposed to falls approximately 16 feet from the second story stairway landing due to a guardrail system not being in place.
