CAE Headquarters, 5010 Air Cargo Road, Tampa, FL., on or about 06/30/2023 - the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards when an employee operating a Polaris Ranger 4X4 Prostar 570 Utility Vehicle, without using the provided seat belt, or other means of restraint, to ensure they remain safely inside the operator's compartment in the event of sudden unexpected motion.
