29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At 202 Westbrook Ln, Pooler, GA 31322: On or about July 7, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees performed framing activities without fall protection at heights up to approximately 14 feet above ground.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Because of the portable ladder's length, the ladder side rails did not extend to at least 3 feet (.9m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access and the ladder was not secured at its top to a rigid support, and a grasping device, such as a grabrail, was not provided to assist the employees in mounting the ladder:  a) At 202 Westbrook Lane, Pooler, GA 31322: On or about July 7, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the Werner ladder used by employees to access the second floor was not secured at its top and a grasping device was not provided.
