29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A log of all recordable work-related injuries and illness (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent) was not completed in the detail required by the regulation: a) On or about July 7, 2023, the information recorded in Column F on the OSHA 300 Log for an injury occurring on April 11, 2023 did not specify the injury or illness, and parts of body affected. b) On or about July 7, 2023, the information recorded in Column F on the OSHA 300 Log for an injury occurring on February 18, 2023 did not specify the injury or illness, and object/substance that directly injured or made the person ill. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1602202, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 23, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 129 W. Gray Street, Norman, OK 73069.
