29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:(a) a. On or about July 6, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employee performing window installation activities from a Genie S-65 XC aerial lift was not wearing a body belt or full body harness. The employee was thereby exposed to the hazards associated with a fall of approximately twenty-five(25') feet.
