29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a.)At the jobsite, located at 10040 18TH St. N. Suite #1 Saint Petersburg, FL 33716; on or about 7/7/23, the employer exposed employees to fire and electric shock hazards, in that extension cords were daisy chained; connected to multiple extension cords and to an outlet across the walking and working floor surface while energizing a Delta Drill Press, JET Belt Sander and JET Bandsaw in the production areas of the warehouse.   b.) At the jobsite, located at 10040 18TH St. N. Suite #1 Saint Petersburg, FL 33716; on or about 7/7/23, the employer exposed employees to fire and electric shock hazards, in that extension cords were daisy chained; connected to multiple extension cords and to an outlet across the walking and working floor surface while energizing 4 computers, 2 printers and 2 label makers in the backroom.

29 CFR  1910.333(b)(2): While an employee was exposed to contact with parts of fixed electric equipment or circuits which were deenergized, the circuits energizing the parts were not locked out or tagged or both in accordance with the requirements of this paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2):  a.)At the jobsite, located at 10040 18TH St. N. Suite #1 Saint Petersburg, FL 33716; on or about 7/7/23, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that the circuits energizing the parts of the distribution panels were not locked out or tagged for employees exposed to energy sources such as, but not limited, to electrical energy while testing a water pump distribution panel connected to a  480-Amp Portable I-Line Panel tester.
