29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the job site located at 22393 W. 87th Terr., Lenexa, Kansas, employees engaged in painting activities were exposed to chemical hazards. The Employer had not developed nor implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure employees are aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work. Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to Sherwin Williams SuperPaint A89W2151.
