29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) 19 Yawpo Ave., Oakland, NJ: On or about July 8, 2023 at 7:40AM, one employee, engaged in framing activities on a 4 on 12 sloped roof, was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. The Palmer Self Retracting Lifeline system was rigged so that employee would fall more than 6 feet.
