29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: a. On or about July 10, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was performing residential carpentry operations, approximately five (5) feet five (5) inches above the ground, from a platform that was not attached to the forks of a rough terrain power industrial vehicle, Genie GTH-636, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
