29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure: a) Lot 143 Redland St. Mobile, AL. On or about July 11, 2023. and at times prior; CSHO observed employees installing trusses on a single-story home were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet 5 inch to the ground below, the employer failed to ensure fall protection was being utilized.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them: a) Lot 143 Redland St. Mobile, AL. On or about July 11, 2023. and at times prior; The employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls; to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection; exposing his employees to fall hazards of up to 9 feet 5 inches to the ground below.
