29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about July 11, 2023, at the job site located at 2225 West Mill Road, Glendale, WI 53209, an employee conducting roofing work on a second story roof with a 6:12 pitch was not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately twenty-one (21) feet. (b) On or about July 11, 2023, at the job site located at 2225 West Mill Road, Glendale, WI 53209, employees conducting roofing work on a first story low pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately nine (9) feet nine (9) inches.
