Sandusky, OH: The employer did not ensure an employee had donned and secured his personal fall arrest system to a Nifty SP50 aerial lift. Employee tasked with trimming trees from an elevated platform were exposed to falls over 25ft to the concrete level below.

Sandusky, OH: The employer did not ensure an employee operating a Nifty SP50 aerial lift was trained in the recognition of hazards associated with these types of  scaffolds.  An employee tasked with trimming trees from an elevated platform was exposed to falls over 25ft to the concrete level below.

Employees tasked with trimming trees without the benefit of an employer assessment were exposed to eye, head, and bodily injuries.

Sandusky, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from head injuries while picking up debris where a gas-powered chainsaw was being used overhead to trim trees. Without the benefit of head protection, the employee was exposed to struck by injuries created by falling material and or equipment such as chainsaws.
