29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) On July 10, 2023, at or near 2501 55th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 while installing a garbage chute hood on a new construction condominium without being provided training on Fall Protection.
